TileUnfold: Pair Puzzle is a mobile game provided by GameLoopLab ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data TileUnfold: Pair Puzzle and its service providers collect, why the data is used, how it is protected, and the choices available to you.

1.1 No TileUnfold: Pair Puzzle account or contact information
TileUnfold: Pair Puzzle does not require account registration and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, password, contacts, or precise location.
1.2 App-generated virtual identifier and technical data
The app generates a pseudonymous virtual identifier for an installation or device. We may also process IP address, app version, operating-system information, device type, language, access time, and basic network or diagnostic information. These data are used to operate the game, protect against abuse, diagnose errors, and maintain service stability.
1.3 Game progress
We collect gameplay information such as levels, scores, unlocked content, settings, and other progress data so the game can save and restore your progress.
1.4 Google Play purchase data
If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing. We may receive and store the product identifier, purchase token, order or transaction status, purchase time, and related verification or restore information. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number, bank-account details, or Google account password.
1.5 Advertising data
TileUnfold: Pair Puzzle uses Google AdMob to display and measure advertisements. Depending on your device settings, region, consent choices, and applicable law, Google and its advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, IP address, general location inferred from IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostic data for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, reporting, and, where permitted, ad personalization.

4. Advertising Choices and Consent
Where required, TileUnfold: Pair Puzzle requests consent before using personal data for personalized advertising. If consent for personalized ads is not available, AdMob may serve non-personalized or limited ads where supported.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Game progress and the app-generated virtual identifier are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the game, maintain security, and meet the purposes described above. Purchase records may be retained as required for transaction verification, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance. Diagnostic and security logs are retained for a limited period appropriate to their purpose.
TileUnfold: Pair Puzzle does not create a user account. You may clear local game data through your device settings. To request deletion of server-side data associated with your virtual identifier, email wen391335693@gmail.com and include the identifier shown in the app. We will delete or anonymize eligible data within 30 days after verifying the request, except information that must be retained for legal, security, or transaction-record obligations.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted network transmission where supported, to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
TileUnfold: Pair Puzzle is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
8. International Processing
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international data transfers.
